Welcome to the North Salem Youth Lacrosse 2021 Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Boys and Girls 3rd - 8 th Grade Teams

Boys and Girls 3rd - 8th Grade Fee is $200. This fee includes a uniform but NOT US Lacrosse membership. Participants in the 7th / 8th team will be provided a uniform. More information about the season to come.

K - 1st - 2nd Grade Clinic

The fee for this spring season is $145.00 per player. Full lacrosse equipment is required. Players will receive a uniform. The K-2 clinic is a great option for those families that are looking for the clinic format and 1 day per week commitment. Players in 2nd grade can petition for the 3rd-grade team based on skill evaluation.

US Lacrosse Requirement

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup. If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP: CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
- TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP: CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.https://www.uslacrosse.org/membership
